Got back. Showered. Dried myself (obviously). Got changed
into my work gear. Started work. All good so far.
THEN I realised I was still wearing the chest strap of my
heart rate monitor!!
“Senior moment” or what?
Mind you. I suppose it could do with a clean anyway.

Clearly a senior moment - the chest strap isn't the smallest of things - but isn't it like being in the shower and realising you're still wearing your socks!!!
